Hmmm.... WHat should the plot be?

I got an idea.

The RP could take place in the world of Hiroshi, where two Empires have been rivals for over 350 years. The land between the two Empires that settles boundaries consists of several countries: Dierra, Resill, Sakara, and Namcisse. These countries have an alliance with each other, called the Rallosse. However now the two Empires are at war with each other and are now a threat to the Rallosse. The alliance decides to join the war after the recent seizing of the kingdom Resill.

Sakara, the most technologically advanced country in the Rallosse, has developed a breakthrough in genetics and biological weapons: supersoldiers with both human and animal DNA. The information is spread across the Rallosse but is kept secret outside the alliance. The world's first successful supersoldier, though flawed in many ways, is shown to the Militia, Sakara's army. Though approving of the project, the Militia rejects the supersoldier, sending it away to lead an almost normal life.

Now deep into the war, the Rallosse is losing and is almost subject to capture. They round up almost all their able-bodied supersoldiers. Except one. The first supersoldier has run away from the Militia officers who had come to claim it. The Rallosse goes into hysterics as they try to recover the supersoldier. It is imperative that supersoldiers must be exterminated after use so that they may not find their way into the genepool of future generations.

Not only has that supersoldier run away. Several others have denied their destiny, and are scattered over the countries. But those people have several painful choices: join an Empire, fight their creators, and be treated as slaves afterwards; return to the Militia only to be killed after the war; or watch as the war destroys the Rallosse..

That sounds good to me.

The State of Dierra: A relatively small (about the size of Germany) but wealthy state that was created recently for the Rallosse mainly for government. People born here are considered citizens of their ascendants' birth country. Dierrans have a +10 in boringness start out with 300 more verradians than others. However, Dierrans cannot cast magic.

The Kingdom of Resill: A once-majestic kingdom that has now been almost completely destroyed by the Empires' war. It had existed long before the Rallosse was formed. Resillians can specialize in two kinds of magic. However, they have very low defense.

The Republic of Sakara: The least powerful but most technologically advanced country in the Rallosse. The Rallosse's military base can be found her. Sakarans can have three weapons, but they have low health.

Namcisse: The poorest country in the Rallosse that is ruled by an aristocracy. It is rumored that the royal family of Resill and their servants took refuge there. Namcissaries have high defense, but have 100 verradians less than usual.

Hmmmm.... This RP is shaping out to be very epic. What should it be called?

Wait- the rules? I'm assuming everyone knows the basics, but what other stuff, like parties?
