As you can see, various people all got moved up and down and all placed into the normal Moderator rank. This is a judgment call I will make over a period of time deciding who should stay there, move up, or down. Everybody there is on the line to go either way, so it could be good, or bad.
I'm making this call on who's been active and positively contributive lately, mixed with who's been so for the length of their time here. Meaning, if you've been active lately, but not any other time, your chances are bad. On the same token, if you've not been active lately, but have been long ago, your chances aren't great either.
I'm also announcing a new rank similar to the Donator rank in scale that will be called Green Legends. Those that have made the biggest difference in the past that may be gone in today's time, or mostly gone, will be enshrined with that permanent, but much less powered rank, for forever, until they return. Very few people meet these qualifications.
