What reading this made me realise is that we outsmarted the GMs. They build a wall, we get past it. There's nothing they can do to stop us. Any comments?

It's not a matter of outsmarting. You never know what could be going on, enless you know people behind the scenes on both ends of the story. Which I do, however I keep quiet about it, unlike the "glitchers" that seem to think they are ungodly. They really just annoy the rest of us that do these things all the time and stay silent about it.

Another thing that intrests me was one of the comments. "hopefully game designers take a cue from this. encouraging players to do things they enjoy (exploration and achievement) are good things! when MMO worlds grow to the scale that over 50% of the environment is procedurally-generated (or 100% in the case of the Love MMO) this exploration/screenshotting will be a fun pastime for many players." and "Agreed. The reason MMOs are successful is because they give players something they want. If players demonstrate a need to explore and get into places they shouldn't be, why not make that a part of the game? I know I would play an MMO centred around exploration, I'm sure there are other people that would too."
